Muga cotton gives this saree a light, breathable feel with a soft natural sheen that never looks too shiny. It drapes in loose, easy folds and doesn't crush or crease through a long day, while the resham motifs woven into the green body add a subtle texture rather than sitting flat on the surface.
Resham Weaving — Explained
Fine resham threads are woven directly into the fabric in small, evenly spaced motifs across the body, so the pattern is part of the weave rather than printed on top. The pallu turns to a soft lavender-pink with leaves, lotus buds and birds worked in gold and deep green, edged with thin metallic lines and matching tassels.
