Material Notes
Soft viscose georgette is smooth with a mild sheen, light on the shoulders and flowy in the fall. The body stays plain bright red, and the pallu carries the bandhani print. The fabric takes pleats well and does not feel stiff, even with the zari strip and lace edge.
The Making of This Bandhani Print with Weaving
The print copies the look of tie-dye bandhani dots, arranged into elephant medallions, paisleys and small flowers in white and pink on red. A woven zari strip marks where the plain body meets the pallu, and a scalloped lace trim finishes the edge. The matching blouse piece is printed with the same bandhani and carries lace.

It is a bandhani-style print on viscose georgette, combined with a woven zari strip and lace edge. The print gives the tie-dye look without the weight of true bandhani.
Is the blouse stitched or unstitched?
Unstitched. The saree comes with a running blouse piece of about 0.80m, printed in the same bandhani pattern with lace, so you can stitch it to your size.
How do I wash this saree?
Hand wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent, or dry clean. Dry in the shade and avoid wringing so the print and zari stay intact.
Can the colour look different from the photos?
