The soft viscose georgette feels smooth against the skin and has a gentle sheen that suits a deep purple. It drapes fluidly without clinging much, and pleats stay put once pinned. The body is mostly plain, so the printed pallu does the talking.
What Goes Into the Bandhani Print with Weaving
Dotted bandhani patterns build elephant medallions, paisleys and flowers in pink and cream tones, mainly across the pallu. A woven zari strip separates the plain body from the print, and a scalloped lace trim runs along the edge. The blouse piece is printed in the same bandhani pattern with lace on the border.

It is a bandhani-style print on viscose georgette, combined with a woven zari strip and lace edge. The print gives the tie-dye look without the weight of true bandhani.
Is the blouse stitched or unstitched?
Unstitched. The saree comes with a running blouse piece of about 0.80m, printed in the same bandhani pattern with lace, so you can stitch it to your size.
How do I wash this saree?
Hand wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent, or dry clean. Dry in the shade and avoid wringing so the print and zari stay intact.
Can the colour look different from the photos?
Slightly. The shade can vary a little depending on your screen and lighting, but we match the photos as closely as possible.
