Kodi work originates from Gujarat and Rajasthan's tribal folk traditions. Each cowrie shell on this blouse is individually hand-fixed, radiating outward from a circular mirror centre in a floral burst pattern. Will sequins/beads fall off?
Cowrie shells and mirrors are firmly fixed during assembly. With normal wear and careful hand-washing they hold very well. Avoid snagging on sharp jewellery clasps or zip teeth.
