The Print — A Patola-Inspired Patchwork
The body has a rich patchwork-tile layout — each tile carries a different geometric or floral motif (chevrons, florals, star patterns, arabesque swirls) in a rotating arrangement of pink, mauve, teal and cream. The density of the print means the saree reads as colorful but cohesive — the rose-gold zari border pulls it together. The pallu breaks the pattern entirely with dense horizontal bands of tribal and arrow motifs.
The Fabric
