Silk Blend has a smooth, controlled drape with a natural sheen — the teal-blue tone catches light in a way that makes the fabric look richer in person than in photos. It holds its pleats cleanly and doesn't shift around, making it a practical choice for longer functions. The fabric is semi-sheer, so the pallu has a lovely translucent quality when held up to the light.
The Sequins & Cut Work
The embroidery is tone-on-tone — sequin floral butti clusters woven in the same teal shade as the fabric, so the effect is textured and subtle rather than flashy. The scalloped border is cut in a wave pattern and finished with a matching sequin embroidery vine running along the edge. The pallu carries the same border along its length.
